When my husband and I met Ted and Karen and found out they were from Syracuse, we asked if they played the Central New York card game “pitch”. They said “yes” and from then on we played “pitch” on Sunday nights. What fun we had! I also became part of Ted’s email joke train and sent and received many funny stories and jokes . As a neighbor, whenever Ted was working on his car, he would always take a break to share the latest Wellington news. He always had a twinkle in his eye and an infectious laugh that will be missed.
