“We just had a funeral and viewing for my 4 month old family member in which I had to handle many of the details for the mom and dad and I just want to say a huge thank you to FELICIA. She was so amazingly helpful and caring and just the most kind and patient person. Every time we spoke it was like talking to a friend and she went so far above and beyond to make the family feel cared for. She helped us with details we didn’t even know we needed like prayer cards and pictures and music. It was a very hard day for our family but thanks to Felicia it’s was the best that it could have been .”
