“I would like to thank Crystal Pope for all her help when I dealt with her in my recent purchase of two contracts of cremation. The subject can be delicate and uncomfortable at times, but I felt none of these things. Crystal helped my husband and myself in our decision. But that was only the beginning she helped me in my long Search for a home for three cemetery lots that I no longer needed. She also assisted how I could transfer any Of the contracts out of state if necessary . I realized she helped me clear my difficulty in making my decision. She was a professional and a delight to work with, you are fortunate to have her to represent your organization. ”

“Very well kept grounds and a peaceful setting despite the convenient location right on 19. I've been a few times over the past couple years and everything is always in great condition. I needed to get copies of lost paperwork for the prepaid arrangements my elderly friend has there, so I called and they had me come in the next day at 3. Crystal went above and beyond, not only providing the needed paperwork, but also explaining how the arrangements are protected, providing addtional paperwork I might need in the future, along with an offer of additional help should I need it. It was refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and kindness, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.”

“Experiencing a death of a loved one is certainly not easy and then trying to plan arrangements while grieving is even harder. However, I must say, Grace Memorial Garden made our planning process smooth for my family. From start to finish the staff is guiding you the whole way through. Grace Memorial Garden assured us that they will be with us every step of the way, and they did just that! They truly exemplify professionalism, dedication and compassion! I called eight other funeral homes before choosing Grace Memorial Garden and they were the one and only to say “sorry for your loss” it automatically warmed my heart and knew they were the ones to go through this process with. “I have to say how impressed I am with staff and the process at Grace Memorial. I was greeted upon arrival, after the passing of my relative, with care and respect. I was in a bad "place" and the welcome into their Funeral Home was incredibly warm and just what I needed at the time. The ladies that I worked with were Rosie A. and Heather Z. These ladies were amazing. They were calm, compassionate, caring and just incredible consoling. They explained everything that my cousin had planned out, purchased and what his wishes were (since I wasn't familiar). The helped me with each step of the way, with true grace and kindness. I am overwhelmed at how kind and friendly they were, I mean WITH HEART too! My follow calls with Sue and Veronica were just as pleasant and I am glad that the staff at Grace Memorial is handling this part of the "passing" process for our family. I do NOT benefit in any way from posting - but I had to post because at trying times like these, the staff at Grace were the ONLY ones (beside the team at Hospice) that provided me with comfort... and friends in the end. This company has hired the right people and have the best process in place! Thank you to the incredible team at Grace, specifically Rosie and Heather.
