“I called Grace Memorial when my dad went into hospice care just to see what the process was as he had a pre-need arrangement already done. The first person I spoke to, Veronica, was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately a few days later my dad passed. Grace Memorial called me to walk me through everything that had to happen. This is when I was introduced to Heather. She is amazing. I spoke with her several times daily to get our situation taken care of. Heather worked tirelessly with us until my dad's arrangements and journey was completed. She spent a few hours with us at our face to face meeting. At this time we were also introduced to Kelli. Another great person to deal with at Grace. Heather and Kelli made this very difficult time go smoothly. I highly recommend Grace Memorial. They are wonderful and caring people. Thank you Heather for everything you did. ”

“After visiting four other funeral homes, I was about to give up on the crazy notion of pre-planning. I recently turned 50, and everyday I find myself pausing to worry about what will happen to my autistic son when I'm no longer here. The thought of leaving any burden on his shoulders is unbearable. I already felt defeated when I walked into Grace Memorial Gardens. It began the same with the polite greeting and the table-and-pamphlet routine but as the pages turned I felt something shift. There was a warmth in the way things were explained, a gentleness in the conversation, and suddenly my dread began to lift. The tour revealed simple, elegant rooms and peaceful gardens that felt nothing like the places I had seen before. The prices were genuinely affordable, the packages flexible, and for the first time in this entire journey, I started to feel hope. What made the biggest difference, though, was Kelli Tully. Her professionalism, patience, and compassion were extraordinary. She never rushed me, never pressured me, and never once made me feel like I was just another appointment. She took the time to understand my fears, answer every question, and help me shape a plan that felt right—not just for me, but for my son’s future. Today, I received my first affordable monthly payment, and—strangely—it brought me comfort. Each payment is a reminder to keep my information updated for anyone who may need it and a small step toward peace of mind knowing that I am closer to ensuring my son will not face the burden I’ve been so afraid of leaving behind. I sincerely hope I won’t need to see anyone at Grace Memorial Gardens for a very long time (and I mean that with sincerity). But I can’t express enough how grateful I am. They have given me something I desperately needed: the ability to breathe a little easier and worry a little less each day that I'm still here.”

“I would like to share a quick, happy, and positive thought. In the past year or two, there have been approximately 3 occasions when I went to visit my father, and the facilities/maintenance crews were working in the close vicinity of his gravesite. The latest was on November 11th, 2025. Veterans Day. When I approached the grave, the crew waited just a moment or two and when they realized I would be visiting for a few minutes, they gathered their belongings and left me for a peaceful visit. They were clearly in the middle of a large task. This happened on all three occasions. I didn't understand why they were always leaving when I arrived and I felt so awful to take them away from their work especially when it appeared to be very involved. One day I spoke to an amazing lady in the office and asked her why they always leave and how horrible I felt about it and she explained that they do this out of "respect." I was taken back to think that these guys would think that much of a stranger - to respect their time, thoughts and feelings of peace with a loved one. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Ben, Martin, Chris, and Robert. I don't know you personally, but thank you for allowing me quiet time to continue to heal and have those one on one quiet moments with my father whom I adored You are truly GENTLEMEN!! You are respectful, decent and kind. It shows and I hope you see it in yourselves what others see in you!! Best, Michelle”
