I know we weren't cousins by blood and we didn't meet till later on, you were a great person and we shared a lot of laughs. I appreciate the advice you gave me and appreciate being able to talk to you about things. I will miss you and my thoughts and prayers are with your mom and the rest of the family.

Steven, you will be greatly missed! I am gonna miss your goofy personality and those big teddy bear hugs! I loved getting to know you and your mom on our cruise and talking often since then! I wish we had more time, but what we had will forever be in my heart! You were an amazing guy!

He was such a good guy to know. He loved pro wrestling & would always talk about it. We'd listen to a local classic rock station & they would sometimes play a couple of songs way too much. Those became Steven's songs as he would butcher them with his singing. Now, I hear those same songs & kind of smile but also feel sad because it reminds me that he isn't here anymore. We also would go to McDonald's & get ourselves Happy Meals because they were cheap but also to see what cool toys we would get. He was still a kid at heart which is why we got along so well. He is truly missed.

I recently got him into playing a Marvel superheroes game online. Everyday, he would let me know about how he was building his superheroes. So many good memories. He loved the Minnesota Vikings while I was a fan of the Oakland Raiders. Both of our teams had a bad 2014 so we would always be complaining to each other about which of our teams was worse. Goodbye, my friend, Thank u for coming into my life & being my friend.
