Mr. Jordan Thomas Headlee
November 28, 1983 - September 13, 2021
Jordan Thomas Headlee was born on November 28, 1983 in Port Huron Michigan, went home to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 13, 2021 at Oakhill Hospital in Brooksville, FL. He was 37 years old. Jordan grew up in Marysville, Michigan and finished high school in Schroon Lake, New York where his love for sports and missions work began. He later graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute and Clarks Summit University where he developed what would be a lifelong service to the Lord. Jordan took every opportunity he could to serve in local churches and be involved in missions, community service, and youth sports. After relocating to Florida, he started his family with Dory Richards and they had 3 beautiful children together. Jordan loved being a dad and was so proud of his kids. He served in a variety of jobs in recent years but most recently was coaching youth sports and serving as an advocate for homeless youth, which both fit his passion for serving young people. Jordan’s encouraging words, contagious laughter, and deep desire to serve and inspire others are trademarks that will always be remembered. Jordan is the son of the late Thomas Headlee. He is survived by his mother Sharon (Gardner) Headlee, his grandfather Robert Gardner, his siblings Jason Headlee (Jen), and Jennifer Regalado (Alec) as well as niece and nephews Lucas and Connor (Jason and Jen), and Lydia and Marcus (Jen and Al). Most notably Jordan is survived by his beloved children Logan, August, and Aleigha. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 20th, at 6:30pm, at the Christian Church in the Wildwood, 10051 Country Rd, Weeki Wachee, FL 34613. In lieu of flowers please consider sending donations to the fund set up to benefit Jordan’s children.
