Helen was a true friend to my mother Martha Koenigsmark. I also became friends with Helen as we celebrated several Mother’s Days together at “The Club.” It was a joy for me to stay in touch with Helen. One of my favorite memories was shortly after my mother had moved into The Sunflower. Helen, who had already moved in, stopped in for a visit. To encourage my mom who was having a hard time with the transition, Helen said, “I tell you Martha, it is like a resort. It is a resort!” Every visit to see my mom was highlighted by the opportunity to hug Helen and have a visit. She will be missed. I am thankful I got to know her. Fondly, Sue Hollandsworth
