I first met Evelyn ehen she and Mr. Cole came to our mens bible study in 2008. Awesomely nice and loving person! Many times she was the go- to person in our discussions.
I wish I had a long peek at her bible; especially what was written in the margins!
Evelyn, you will be missed.thank you for truly showing his light.
I didn't get to see much of Evelyn because she usually only came to Faith Community Church in the evenings and I was rarely able to make it in the evenings due to family circumstances. However, when I did see her, she always had a big smile on her face and the love of Christ flowing from her. Her warmth and compassion shone through as well as that impish twinkle in her eyes that let you know how much she enjoyed life.
We all think she must be having a wonderful time in Glory now! We will miss her and that twinkle, but we know we will see it and her again one day, and what a glorious day that will be! Maranatha!
